Of all the properties weve stayed in over 26 years at Siesta Key, this was by far the most enjoyable location. The furniture, kitchen supplies and beds were all above the norm as expected.The property was so clean, and we appreciated how quiet the room is. I think the owner should update the beds in the second room as they seem to be easily movable (bed seemed really light) when rolling over in bed. I love that there was a lot of games and beach items in the closet for our use.

The managers keep the grounds so nice. Our unit was lovely with very nice furnishings. I would say they really need a new dishwasher but otherwise it was very nice. We love the screened porch which allows a great view with sliders that manage the breeze when it is cool. We've stayed at IH three times now and it is always a great experience. We needed a late checkout and they were very accommodating.

It’s our favorite place to stay. Friendly, accommodating to any needs, always make you feel welcome. We were in 11S this year and it was by far our favorite! Location is perfect with a trolley to food and nightlife.We would certainly recommend this place and will return. Very homey and fully equipped with kitchen items. Main office was very helpful too. The beach and staff at the Island House are wonderful.
The condo was well equipped for cooking and the view was amazing. We loved sitting on our lanai with appetizers and drinks at night. We would go down to see the sunset on the beach. The condo was clean and had no problems during our stay.

The nearest airport is Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, 11 miles from Island House Beach Resort 3N. The property was located in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach and pool and close to restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and well maintained.
